Amity Health employs an accredited practising Diabetes Educator who is a university qualified professional with the knowledge and skills to provide expert diabetes care for you.

The Diabetes Educator currently consults to clients within the Denmark area. Referrals will be accepted for the following conditions:

• Type 1 Diabetes
• Type 2 Diabetes – on insulin
• Gestational Diabetes
