OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY SERVICES

So what is Occupational Therapy? It is a health service that helps people to participate in all the things we do in our everyday lives that help us to live meaningful lives.

If you are a teen or young adult experiencing difficulties with any of the challenges listed below, our team of OT’s can help.

  • fine and gross motor coordination

  • sensory processing and regulation

  • attention and concentration

  • visual processing

  • social skills

  • handwriting and other education/classroom activities

  • recovering from injury

We can also provide assessment and therapy should you have a disability. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine your best pathway options. Amity Health is a registered NDIS provider.

Self-referrals are accepted and fees will apply.

If you are living with a chronic condition, we suggest you talk to your GP as you may be entitled to the Medicare rebate under a chronic disease management plan. If eligible, you can receive up to 5 visits within a calendar year.
