At Amity Health, we welcome the Cook Government’s upcoming preventative health roundtable discussions, bringing together representatives from key stakeholders, community organisations, research institutes and health providers.

Strengthening health prevention and early intervention is essential to reducing long-term health inequities. For our regional communities, a strong preventative health agenda means earlier support, fewer avoidable hospitalisations, and better health outcomes where access to services can be limited.

While we are not participating in the roundtables, Amity Health looks forward to contributing wherever possible to ensure the perspectives and needs of our regional communities are understood.
