Amity Health warmly welcomes the announcement by WA Health Minister the Hon Meredith Hammat MLA on the expansion of pharmacist prescribing training under the Enhanced Access Community Pharmacy Pilot.

This initiative will make a real difference for regional and remote communities, where access to healthcare services can be limited.

By enabling more pharmacists to diagnose and treat common conditions, we can improve timely access to care close to home, support local communities, and help ease pressure on GPs who are already stretched.
