Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)

Amity Health is proud to announce the formal endorsement of our Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) by Reconciliation Australia.

This significant milestone reflects our commitment to reconciliation through consultation, learning, growth, and meaningful action. Guided by truth-telling, genuine engagement, and a willingness to listen and learn, our Reflect RAP provides a strong foundation for lasting change and a stronger future grounded in relationships, respect, opportunities, and governance.

Through this journey, we have embraced difficult conversations, challenged the status quo, and implemented meaningful changes that ensure we lead with integrity. Our Reflect RAP strengthens our vision of enhancing lives through connection, access, and opportunity, while deepening our commitment to building enduring, respectful relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

We look forward to the next chapter of our reconciliation journey as we continue to embed reconciliation into our everyday actions, work alongside communities, and create more equitable opportunities and outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
