A Wheelchair Friendly Solution

If you have a mobility impairment that requires you to use a wheelchair, accessibility can be challenging.

As part of our on-going commitment to looking at ways to improve our service delivery and create even better access to services for our clients, Amity Health has acquired some new equipment in the form of some wheelchair scales.

This means that if you are attending an appointment at our Albany based clinic, in a wheelchair:

·         Your weight can be adequately and safely measured

·         Your weight can be adequately and safely measured if your require Bariatric surgery

·         Your assessment needs can be met in the one location

It is our aim to continue to provide health and wellbeing solutions for clients. It may also interest you to know that we are a registered NDIS provider.
