If you are a teenager or young adult living with a disability, Amity Health may be able to help you.

If you have a disability that reduces your capacity to communicate, interact, learn or move about, with a referral from your doctor or health practitioner, we have trained specialists that can help you to find the right aids or services to manage and overcome the challenges that you may face.

We can provide a range of allied health services to assist you to help maximise your potential. We offer predominantly clinic-based appointments for assessment and ongoing treatment, with occasional home/school visits when appropriate. Telehealth is also available as an appointment option.

Whether your needs relate to assistance with communication, movement, sensory abilities, activities of daily life or memory/thinking skills, contact us to discuss how we can help. If you have a mobility impairment that requires you to use a wheelchair, our Albany based clinic now has wheelchair scales.

Amity Health is an NDIS registered provider with experience in managing autism, hearing and visual impairments, intellectual disability, brain injury and stroke.
